1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PhotoProofing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

PhotoProofing is a white-label photo proofing platform for sharing galleries, collecting client selections and delivering final files under the studio brand.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Use of the service must comply with applicable law.

4. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload. PhotoProofing receives the limited rights required to host, process and deliver that content as part of the service.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use PhotoProofing for unlawful activity, for content that infringes third-party rights or for attempts to disrupt, probe or compromise the service.

6. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed on the cycle selected at purchase. Plan changes, cancellations and renewals follow the billing rules shown in the account and checkout flow.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but maintenance, provider incidents or factors outside our control can affect access temporarily.

8. Data retention

After cancellation or deletion, data may remain available for a limited operational period before permanent removal according to retention and recovery rules.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PhotoProofing is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated, and liability is limited as allowed under applicable law and the governing agreement.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms when the product, providers or legal obligations change. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply.
