When you create an account, we collect the information needed to provide the service, including your name, email address, password and gallery-related content you upload.

2. How we use your information

We use your information only to operate, secure and improve PhotoProofing. We do not use your photos for AI training, marketing assets or unrelated commercial reuse.

3. Storage and security

Data is stored on infrastructure operated through Cloudflare services. We apply encryption in transit, controlled access and operational safeguards designed to protect accounts, galleries and uploaded files.

4. Third-party services

PhotoProofing relies on selected providers to deliver infrastructure, email and billing functions.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data. After account deletion, operational data is removed according to our retention windows and service obligations.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication, session continuity and core product operation. We do not use advertising cookies on the landing or application flow.
