1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PhotoProofing, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

PhotoProofing is a white-label photo proofing platform that allows photographers to share galleries, collect client selections, and deliver final files under their own brand.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. Content ownership

You retain full ownership of all photos and content you upload to PhotoProofing. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We never use your content for purposes other than providing the service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PhotoProofing for any illegal purpose, to upload content that infringes third-party rights, or to attempt to disrupt or compromise the service.

6. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

7. Service availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime on Studio plans. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for interruptions beyond our control.

8. Data retention

After account cancellation, your data remains accessible for 30 days. After this period, all data is permanently deleted from our systems.

9. Limitation of liability

PhotoProofing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
