PhotoProofing separates proofing previews from final assets. You publish delivery only after selections and review are closed, then control availability and replacement. In the product this becomes preview upload pipeline, final delivery asset lifecycle, clear download availability states. Every element reduces friction while the client moves forward without needing extra explanation.
